3999bet00 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the 3999bet00 platform and all its services. By accessing the website, registering an account, or using any service, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

3999bet00 reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify users through their registered contact details.

Age Requirement

All services on 3999bet00 are for persons aged 21 or above only. If a minor creates an account using false information, that account will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be cancelled. Protecting minors from gambling is one of this platform's core commitments.

Geographic Restrictions

3999bet00 may not be used from countries or regions where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law. Users are responsible for confirming that accessing this service from their location is lawful.

One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts may be cancelled and 3999bet00 reserves the right to forfeit their balances.

When creating an account on 3999bet00, users must provide accurate and complete personal information. If information given at registration is false or incomplete, the account may be suspended or cancelled.

• The name, mobile number and date of birth provided at registration must be correct.
• Keeping the password confidential is the user's responsibility — it must not be shared with any third party.
• Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the support team immediately.
• A mobile number or email address may only be used for one account.

As part of the identity verification process, 3999bet00 may request a national identity card or equivalent document from the user. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 3999bet00 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposited funds are added directly to the user's account.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the name of the account holder.

Processing Time

3999bet00 makes every effort to process withdrawals as quickly as possible. However, if identity verification or a security review is required, processing may take additional time.

The 3999bet00 welcome bonus is a 100% match on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000 — and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Each user may claim the bonus offer only once.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• 3999bet00 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, winnings related to bonuses may be forfeited.

Betting Rules

Bets placed on 3999bet00 are considered final, unless cancellation is required due to a technical error. Displayed odds may change at any time — the odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply.

Grounds for Cancellation

A bet may be cancelled and the stake refunded in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or postponed before it begins.
• Incorrect odds were displayed (technical error).
• The event was not completed under the stipulated conditions.

Casino Games

All games including slots, live casino and fishing games use RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer methods. 3999bet00 is not responsible for service interruptions caused by the user's internet connection or device issues — however, results will be determined based on system records.

3999bet00 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• A clear breach of these terms and conditions.
• Registration using false or misleading information.
• Evidence of fraudulent transactions or bonus abuse.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspected account compromise or security risk.

When an account is closed, the valid balance (real money, not bonuses) is generally returned to the user; however, it may be forfeited if fraud is proven.

Users may also request permanent closure of their account via live chat or email if they wish. Self-exclusion is also available in line with the Responsible Gambling guidelines.

All content published on the 3999bet00 website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software interfaces — is protected by intellectual property rights. Users may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use any part of this content without written permission.

Intellectual property rights for game software and content belong to the respective game developers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and others). 3999bet00 acts solely as a distribution channel for their services.

How users' personal information is collected, stored and used is described in detail in 3999bet00's Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is considered an integral part of these terms and conditions.

3999bet00 protects users' financial information through SSL encryption and other security measures. Personal information is only shared with third parties where required by law or necessary for service delivery.

3999bet00 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Service disruptions caused by issues with the user's device or internet connection.
• Losses caused by errors in third-party software or payment providers.
• The user sharing their account password with others or it being exposed through carelessness.
• Temporary service interruptions during server maintenance.

However, if a loss occurs due to 3999bet00's own technical error, system records will be reviewed and appropriate action will be taken.

If a dispute arises over a bet, game result or transaction, the user must first contact the support team via live chat or email. 3999bet00 will attempt to resolve disputes based on system records, log files and other technical data.

If the user is not satisfied with the support team's decision, the matter will be escalated to a higher authority for review. In all dispute resolutions, 3999bet00's system records will be treated as the final evidence.
